Elizabeth

Lead Paralegal and Support Staff Manager

Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth brings over seven years of dedicated experience in the legal industry, with a particular focus on family law. Raised in a farming community in Victoria's Goulburn Valley, she embodies the values of resilience, empathy, and a strong sense of community - qualities that consistently guide her approach to client care. Elizabeth began her career in regional Victoria, working extensively in conveyancing and real estate across Bendigo and the Loddon Mallee region, and later honed her skills in Toowoomba, Queensland. This regional depth gives her a nuanced understanding of the distinct challenges families face outside metropolitan centres.

Currently studying for her law degree at the University of Southern Queensland, Elizabeth is committed to strengthening her qualifications, deepening her dedication to supporting families through one of life’s most difficult transitions – separation and divorce. Her personal experience navigating family law proceedings, particularly within blended families, brings genuine empathy and practical insight to every client interaction. She is committed to ensuring each person she works with feels heard, respected, and empowered, delivering clear and compassionate communication, tailored tools, and unwavering support to help families move forward with confidence.

In her role at Allison Rowe Family Lawyers, Elizabeth oversees the day-to-day legal operations of the firm, managing and supporting our team of dedicated family lawyers and providing executive and senior paralegal support to our Principal, Allison Rowe.  She expertly coordinates workflow systems, client intake processes, and staff development programs, fostering a collaborative environment where quality, efficiency, and continuous professional growth are front and centre.

Elizabeth deeply values community connections, maintaining strong family ties to Port Melbourne and volunteering in her local area. She has long been a dedicated mentor and volunteer at local sporting clubs in the Shepparton area, contributing to program organisation, fundraising, and junior wellbeing initiatives.  She champions youth mentorship, grassroots sport, and nurturing local wellbeing, helping to create inclusive and supportive environments.

When she isn’t at work or studying, Elizabeth treasures time with her family, enjoys travelling, and frequently reconnects with her rural roots by assisting on working farms in regional Victoria and regional Queensland.
