With over 20 years of practice in family law, Rosemaree Bourke is a highly skilled and compassionate family lawyer who seamlessly blends legal excellence with practical empathy. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Monash University and a degree in Economics, which together give her a sharp legal and financial acumen, especially valuable in navigating complex family law matters. As an Accredited Specialist in Family Law with the Law Institute of Victoria, Rosemaree has represented clients across a wide range of legal issues, from property settlements, spousal maintenance, and adult child maintenance, to parenting and custody disputes, relocation cases, contravention applications, child support, and de facto relationship matters.

Rosemaree is committed to her community and volunteers with a  number of aged care organisations.
